It's never to late, Break the Addiction

Treatment Elements

The Many Benefits of Therapeutic Treatment

At Sprout Health Arizona, we offer many therapeutic treatments, which is any treatment used to treat a disease, injury or physical disorder, to help our patients. Each therapy addresses a specific symptom; however, we combine therapies in order to provide the best chance for our patient’s full recovery. Our goal has always been, and will always be, to help our patients become and remain sober.

One of our most influential therapies, the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helps patients become aware of their thinking patterns and behaviors. The goal of this therapy is to teach each patient how to change the way they think about problems and learn ways to solve them. We teach them how to think rationally as well as become more aware of the consequences of their actions. Other therapies we offer include mindfulness therapy, brain wellness, eye movement, brief strategic family therapy and much more. All therapies have the ability to help patients focus on their problem-solving skills as well as create a better outcome in life.

Families Have The Most Influence

Including a patient’s family in the recovery process is incredibly important. The family is the most influential factor in the patient’s life. They can help provide more insight into the patient than what information we receive during the assessment. Another reason family interaction is important is because families are affected by addiction just as much as the addict himself. There are a lot of emotions at stake, including rifts between family members because of being at their wit’s end in dealing with substance abuse. Just as much as it is hard for addicts to endure the recovery process, the family will also be experiencing difficulty through it all. Through family and group therapy, we can help the patients and their families understand the causes of addiction, how to approach the situation and communicate effectively. Everyone can progress together and the healing can begin.

Treating Men and Women

Sprout Health Arizona understands that each patient will experience the rehabilitation process differently, especially among men and women. We pride ourselves in working as a team with each patient to understand their individual wants and needs. We will put in as much, if not more, effort as the patient is willing to put in. We constantly monitor the progress of our patients in order for their treatments to reflect how far they have come. We acknowledge the struggles they are facing and always encourage them to do better or to just keep pushing. We want each of our patients to make a full recovery and understand that it takes a team to get through this difficult time.

Close and Continual Monitoring

As mentioned before, the progress of our patients is continuously monitored and evaluated in order for their treatments to reflect how far they have come. We have developed a continuum of caring that gives our clients the best chances of a successful recovery as well as the opportunity to live a healthy life with decreased risk of relapse.

If you or a loved one is struggling, do not hesitate to reach out for help. Sprout Health Arizona will guide you every step of the way toward the road to recovery. You will not travel that road alone; we will be by your side the entire time, even after treatment. Patients will have the opportunity to join support groups that can be useful after treatment when recovering patients want to have a social, as well as sober, life.
