The Sprout Health Arizona is rapidly expanding and searching for friendly, helpful and hardworking individuals who want to help us heal our communities. We pride ourselves on the outstanding level of care we provide through our assessments, diagnosis and treatments of both substance abuse and mental health disorders. We want to continue offering such level of service and are therefore looking for candidates who hold the same professional standards as we do.

Sprout Health Arizona Values Its Staff

Our staff is just as much a part of the treatment process as the addict themselves and play a huge role in a successful recovery. The following is a list and overview of the positions we are currently looking to fill.

Finance: Our finance team is responsible for handling internal and external audits, reverse wire, intercompany fund transfer for payroll, wire transfer, stop payment and maintaining relationships with banks. They are also responsible for finding ways to reduce spending costs.

Counselors: Counselors should administer their abilities to assess, evaluate, diagnose and treat many conditions. They are a huge part of our patient’s recovery process due to their responsibility to help determine what therapeutic methods to utilize as well as which medications to administer.

Media and Marketing: The responsibilities of our media and marketing team include, but are not limited to, handling all communications outside of our company, as well as all internal pamphlets, memos and invitations. They will also be tasked with network marketing, public relations, marketing, managing marketing materials and supplies coordinating events, creating invitations, publishing flyers, responding to media requests, media coverage, pitch-letters and letters to the editor.

Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN): Nurses are extremely important during the detoxification process. They provide the best patient care as well as promote a calm, safe and supportive environment. They monitor each patient’s progress during detox to make sure they are following the doctor’s orders. Nurses also educate our patients on the conditions and how they can be treated.

Housekeeping: Our housekeeping staff is expected to maintain a high level of cleanliness both inside and out of our facilities. They must sweep, mop, change sheets, remove trash and clear all obstructed walkways.
