Admissions Getting Started

Admissions Getting started

At Sprout Health Arizona, we understand that the decision to get help for your substance misuse, addiction or mental health condition was not easy and you may be feeling scared or anxious for what is to come. We assure you that we are dedicated to the care and treatment of those battling chemical dependency or mental health conditions; and in some cases, both. This is known as a co-occurring condition and if left untreated can be fatal.

Depending on the nature, severity or type of condition or addiction, treatment will vary from person to person. Sprout Health Arizona’s dedicated team of skilled professionals have the knowledge to determine each condition and the best possible treatments to ensure a long lasting sobriety. We provide an unmatched level of care which can teach you the tools necessary to stay sober and regain control of your life. We strive to meet the individual needs of each of our clients by providing unique and innovative cognitive and behavioral therapies.

Before beginning treatment, a patient must undergo a comprehensive admissions process in which our intake specialists gather necessary information about your health, both physical and mental, history. They will guide you through the facility while explaining our rules and regulations as well as expectations and procedures of life inside a rehabilitation facility.

Once admitted, you will undergo extensive medical and psychiatric evaluations which are administered by our expert clinicians. In order to achieve a more accurate assessment, they will also perform a diagnostic test to identify any co-occurring conditions. These tests may seem excessive; however, they are extremely necessary to help craft our highly individualized treatment plans.

All treatment plans are evidence-based and prove their effectiveness in the treatment and management of mental health conditions, chemical dependency and co-occurring conditions. Each plan has its own specialty program, such as detoxification, residential rehabilitation, partial hospitalization and outpatient. A case manager is assigned to each client and serves as the middle-man between the patients and their families by keeping them updated on progress and discharge information.

Along with an individual case manager, we offer individual counseling complemented by extensive group therapy. The one-on-one treatment helps us establish your specific wants and needs while group therapy provides a safe haven for members to share their experience, find support and gain comfort in knowing they are not alone.

Sprout Health Arizona offers programs, such as our unique Brain Wellness program, based on present best practices, such as:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • Brief Strategic Family Therapy
  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy
  • Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy
  • Mindfulness Therapy

We also offer holistic approaches, such as:

  • Art therapy
  • Yoga and meditation
  • Psychodrama
  • Music Therapy

Our care continues past your stay in our facility and our aftercare services provide long-lasting support on your road to recovery. Sprout Health Arizona is here to help and guide you. We support your decision to begin your journey to living your best life.
