It's never to late, Break the Addiction

About Us

Sprout Health Arizona

Welcome to Sprout Health Arizona, located in beautiful Scottsdale. We are an inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation treatment facility that specializes in the care of individuals, both male and female, who are suffering from substance abuse and/or mental health disorders. Our programs begin with a pre-admission process and extensive mental and physical assessments in order to develop an individualized treatment plan for our patient’s unique needs, as well as diagnose any underlying disorders. Depending on the severity of the addiction, we may conduct laboratory and psychiatric tests to determine which detoxification process our patients will undergo at the beginning of their treatment.

Every treatment begins with the detoxification process, which is required to safely remove the abused chemical from a patient’s body. During this process, patients will experience withdrawal symptoms which can be uncomfortable and most times, intolerable. We can provide our patients with certain medications that help ease these symptoms. We do whatever we can to make treatment as easy as possible.

Sprout Health Arizona is certified to handle the detoxification of:

  • Alcohol
  • Club Drugs
  • Methamphetamines
  • Painkillers
  • Marijuana
  • Cocaine
  • Heroin
  • Opiates
  • A Variety of Prescription Drugs

Along with the treatment of drug abuse, we have the capabilities to treat mental health and behavioral disorders. Most times, through our assessments, we find that substance abusers are also suffering from an underlying mental health disorder. This is what is known as dual diagnosis and yes, we are equipped to treat this as well. Mental health disorders that we are certified and capable of handling are:

  • Depression
  • Bipolar Disorder
  • Panic Disorder
  • Anxiety Disorder
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

In order to properly treat and manage mental health disorders, we offer therapeutic modalities, such as:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • Solution Focused Brief Therapy
  • Brief Strategic Family Therapy
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy
  • Psychoeducational Groups
  • Mindfulness

Sprout Health Arizona has trained staff of drug rehabilitation clinicians as well as board-certified doctors, nurses, therapists and psychologists found that combining traditional therapies with experiential treatments can significantly increase a successful and long lasting recovery. Experiential treatments teach our patients how to focus their attention on positive experiences rather than what they may be feeling during treatment or the anxiety they might be feeling about life after treatment.

These experiential treatments include:

  • Equine Therapy
  • Family Therapy
  • Outdoor Therapy
  • Yoga and Meditation
  • Neurofeedback
  • Group Therapy

All of our therapies are designed to prepare our patients for life outside of treatment. We believe that through family participation, patients can mend damaged relationships and create a bigger and better support group for themselves. Sprout Health Arizona equips our patients with the necessary tools to live and maintain a healthy and sober lifestyle long after they leave our treatment facility.
